Waynesboro Woman Arrested for Vandalism and Drug Paraphernalia

Teri Fanessa Kelly, age 55, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Sunday, August 20 following an incident at a residence in Wayne County. Deputy Isaac Urffer filed reports stating that he was dispatched to a mobile home residence on B. Lee Road, where he took a statement from the home’s occupants alleging that Kelly had hit the mobile home and a vehicle, allegedly causing damages of approximately $2,400. After Kelly was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail, she was allegedly found to be in possession of two glass pipes with residue on them believed to be methamphetamine. Kelly was booked into the Wayne County Jail on charges of vandalism, criminal trespass, introduction of contraband into a penal institution, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is currently being held on $40,000.00 bond.
