Laranda Joy Strickland, age 34, of Waynesboro was arrested on Wednesday, February 19th on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury after they returned an indictment against her on February 12th for financial exploitation. Strickland was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $15,000.00 bond.
