Waynesboro Man Arrested for Timber Theft

   Phillip Michael Beaulac, age 43, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Friday, May 29^th on a charge of theft of property over $1,000-less than $2,500. The report filed by Capt. Tim Beckham of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office states that on or about January 10^th, 2020, Beaulac allegedly sold logs of timber that were cut from his next-door neighbor’s property without the property owner’s knowledge or consent. Beaulac was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $10,000.00 bond.
