Waynesboro Man Arrested for Timber Theft

   Phillip Michael Beaulac, age 43, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Friday, May 29th on a charge of theft of property over $1,000-less than $2,500. The report filed by Capt. Tim Beckham of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office states that on or about January 10th, 2020, Beaulac allegedly sold logs of timber that were cut from his next-door neighbor’s property without the property owner’s knowledge or consent. Beaulac was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $10,000.00 bond.
