Jason Michael Palladino, age 38, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Tuesday, January 23 on a charge of attempted first degree murder. According to the report filed by Investigator Dusty Malugen of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday, January 22, 2024, Palladino was engaged in a verbal altercation with his wife, Jamie Elizabeth Palladino, at their residence on Deer Ridge Road in Waynesboro. During the argument, Palladino allegedly placed a pillow over his wife’s face and began stabbing her in the face, head, and upper body area.
Palladino was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
