Waynesboro Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault

   Jonathan Arlin Pulley, age 31, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Thursday, April 1st on a charge of aggravated assault. Deputy Jaggar Thompson filed a report stating that he took a written statement from Ms. Ruby Donegan, who alleged that on Saturday, March 27th she was physically threatened by Pulley. Ms. Donegan stated that she took Pulley some groceries, and Pulley became angry when she moved a pair of sunglasses. Pulley allegedly began yelling and cursing at her, and then allegedly picked up a fire poker and a knife, and told Ms. Donegan to leave or he would kill her. Pulley was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $150,000.00 bond.
