Waterloo Man Arrested for Burglary and Theft

   Donnie Ray Kelley, age 46, of Waterloo, Alabama, was arrested on Tuesday, November 19^th on charges of aggravated burglary and theft over $2,500. According to the warrants filed by Investigator Dusty Malugen, numerous items that were stolen from a residence on Weatherford Creek Road were recovered at a residence in Waterloo, where Kelley’s van was located. A witness allegedly told officers that Kelley had brought the stolen items to the residence in Waterloo. Kelley was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $75,000.00 bond.
