Lawrenceburg Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault

      Isaac Wilson Lane, age 19, of Lawrenceburg was arrested on Sunday, October 18^th on a charge of aggravated assault. Officer Jonathan Kelly filed a report stating that he received a call regarding a fight in the Piggly Wiggly parking lot. Deputy Tyler Ray assisted Officer Kelly at the scene and took a statement from Connor Kelley. Kelley alleged that Lane had hit him in the eye with brass knuckles, and Kelley’s eye was allegedly split open and required treatment at the hospital. After Officer Kelly made contact with Lane, Lane allegedly admitted to hitting Connor Kelley but denied using brass knuckles. Lane was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $50,000.00 bond.
