Iron City Man Arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault

   Timothy Lee Griggs, age 25, of Iron City, was arrested on Friday, November 29^th on a charge of aggravated domestic assault. Waynesboro Police Officer Jeremiah Plunk filed a report stating that he was dispatched to Village Apartments, where he took a statement from Amber Thompson who alleged that Griggs threatened to shoot her with a rifle in his possession after she asked him to leave her apartment multiple times. Griggs was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $50,000.00 bond.
