David Boyce Stults Arrested on Drug Charges

   David Boyce Stults, age 63, of Collinwood, was arrested on Wednesday, April 21st on charges including possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent, simple possession of schedule IV Alprazolam, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sgt. Eric Wilson of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office filed a report stating that while checking on a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a church in Waynesboro, he encountered Stults sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Stults was allegedly found to be in possession of approximately 23 grams of methamphetamine, one Alprazolam pill, digital scales, two syringe needles, a lighter, and a glass pipe containing meth residue. Stults was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $80,000.00 bond.
