Collinwood Man Arrested Following Grand Jury Indictment for Theft

   James Russell Brewer, age 54, of Collinwood was arrested on Thursday, February 20^th on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury after they returned an indictment against him on February 12^th for theft over $2,500 but less than $10,000. Brewer was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $10,000.00 bond.
