Clifton Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault

   Reginald Harrison Hart, age 28, of Clifton, was arrested on Thursday, December 3rd on charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. The report filed by Investigator Steve Wilson of the Clifton Police Department stated that on December 2nd, Hart allegedly attacked Dustin Villareal outside of his apartment on Stockade Street in Clifton. Hart allegedly struck Villareal in the shoulder with a baseball bat, and then returned to his own apartment nearby.

   When Hart was arrested on December 3rd, he was also charged in relation to a disturbance on November 24th, 2020. Officer Timmy Harris filed a report stating that Hart allegedly knocked holes in his apartment wall that went all the way through the apartment walls adjacent to his.

   Hart was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $52,500.00 bond.
