Christian Jeremiah Brewer Arrested on Multiple Charges

   Christian Jeremiah Brewer, age 24, of St. Florian, Alabama, was arrested on Thursday, October 17^th on charges of driving on revoked, reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, and violation of probation. According to the arrest report filed by Sergeant Michael Byrd, on Tuesday, August 20^th, 2019, Sgt. Byrd attempted to stop a white 2017 Kia on Middle Butler Road for running a stop sign. The driver, later determined to be Brewer, was also allegedly driving left of center and traveling at a high rate of speed. Brewer failed to stop for Sgt. Byrd, running another stop sign and turning onto Highway 13 South. The report states that Brewer continued to travel south on Highway 13 into Alabama, almost hitting another vehicle before crashing in a field. Brewer allegedly fled the scene on foot, and was identified as the driver by the two female passengers who remained in the vehicle. Brewer was arrested on October 17^th and booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
