Bobby Lee Dial, age 49, and Lanna Oleen Hall, age 26, both of Collinwood, were arrested on Thursday, January 23rd on drug-related charges. Deputy Austin Lanier performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by Dial for failing to stop at a stop sign, and confirmed that Dial’s driver’s license was revoked. After obtaining consent to search the vehicle, Deputy Lanier allegedly discovered a small baggie containing 0.3 grams of methamphetamine inside a tobacco can, and two used needles and syringes inside Dial’s jacket. Hall, a passenger in Dial’s vehicle, allegedly had in her purse a baggie containing 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, along with six used needles and syringes. Hall was arrested on charges of possession of schedule II meth with intent to resale, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $85,000.00 bond. Dial was arrested on charges of possession of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on revoked 3rd offense. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $60,000.00 bond.
