Billy Ray McClain Arrested Following Grand Jury Indictments

   Billy Ray McClain, age 49, of Waynesboro was arrested on Monday, October 19^th on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury on October 9^th, 2020. The Grand Jury returned indictments against McClain on charges of possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, and felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $80,000.00 bond.
