Billy Allen Hamsley Arrested for Meth, Drug Paraphernalia

   Billy Allen Hamsley, age 45, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Wednesday, August 26th. The arrest report filed by Investigator Dusty Malugen states that he served an attachment arrest warrant on Hamsley for contempt of court, and when Hamsley was taken into custody, he was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and a glass meth pipe. Hamsley was additionally charged with possession of schedule II methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $77,500.00 bond.
