Ronald Leon “Moon” Inman was born August 14, 1950, in Lewis County, TN, the son of the late Samuel Curtis and Hazel Roberta Warren Inman. He was united in marriage to Jean Mitchell on July 12, 1975. Ronald worked for many years at Hickory Hills in Clifton, TN where he cut patterns into the materials. He then worked 20+ years as a school bus driver in Clifton, TN. Ronald departed this life on February 25, 2023 in Waynesboro, TN at the age of 72 years, 6 months, and 11 days.
He is survived by his wife Jean Inman of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Tiffany Inman of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, Dennis Inman and wife Patra of Savannah, TN; a sister, Diane Inman and husband Roger of Hixson, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth Inman and Donnie Inman.
Funeral services were on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN, with Tracy Love officiating. Burial was in the Worley Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
Pallbearers were John David Arnold, Donald Bunch, Tracy Martin, Dale Inman, Dennis Inman, Ricky Inman. Honorary pallbearer was Tommy Mitchell.
