Reba Joyce Dixon Kilburn of Collinwood, Tennessee was born May 3, 1960 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the daughter of the late John Lewis and Mary Christine Kilburn Dixon. Mrs. Kilburn was a homemaker and a member of Thee Church in Savannah, Tennessee. She was united in marriage to James W. Kilburn on June 23, 1975 and departed this life on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama at the age of 61 Years, 2 Months and 4 Days.
She is survived by her husband, James W. Kilburn and son, Johnny Kilburn and wife, Sheree all of Collinwood, TN; four brothers, Harold Dixon of Collinwood, TN, Junior Dixon and James Willard Dixon both of Waynesboro, TN and Bobby Dixon of Lawrenceburg, TN. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kilburn was preceded in death by two sisters, Margie Blalock and Joyce Nell Dixon and two brothers, George and Louis Franklin “D.D.” Dixon.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Larry Vandiver and Robert Marks officiating. Burial was in Shields Cemetery in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County assisting the family.
