   Patsy Ruth Hobbs was born on May 19, 1955 in Lake County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Edward McDonald and Rosie May Dicus Steele.

   She was united in marriage to Tommy Wayne Hobbs, who preceded his wife in death.

   Patsy worked as an apartment property manager for government housing. She loved cooking, reading, spending time outside, coloring on her phone, and gardening. She also loved spending time with her family and cooking family dinners. Patsy was of the Church of God belief.

   Patsy Ruth Hobbs departed this life on April 7, 2024 in Henderson, Tennessee at the age of 68 years, 10 months, and 19 days.

   She is survived by her daughters, Holly Cupples and Misty Eaton; son, Terry Fowler; grandchildren, Hayden Kiddy, Samantha Cupples, Elizabeth Williams, Cody Eaton, Jonathan Cupples, Chase Eaton, Joslyn Magelitz, and Rush Fowler; and great-granddaughter, Eleanor Jade McBride.

   In addition to her husband and parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Michael Magelitz; sisters, Doris Williams and Margie McDonald; brothers, Norman McDonald, Roy McDonald, and Jerry Dan McDonald; and granddaughter, Emily Eddleman.
