   Myrtle Staggs Harvey, Waynesboro, Tennessee, was born March 8, 1921 in Collinwood, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Charlie Carroll and Mollie Bett Henson Morrow. Mrs. Harvey, a retired factory worker and member of Waynesboro Church of God since June 26, 1953, departed this life Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Wayne Medical Center Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 99 Years, 2 Months, 29 Days.

   Survivors, sons, William Harold (Bill) Staggs and Mark Anthony Staggs both of Waynesboro, TN and Willard Lee Staggs, Collinwood, TN; daughters, Mary Hickerson, Waynesboro, TN, Mildred Ann Murray, Hohenwald, TN, Lisa Kern, Livonia, MI; 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Gertie Carroll, Waynesboro, TN; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, James Walton Staggs and Henry Harvey; sons, James Carroll Staggs and Harvel Lynn Staggs; daughter, Nancy Whitehead; brothers, Alfred, Raymond and Winfred Morrow; and sister, Opal Galloway.

   Services were Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee. Greg Eaton officiated. Burial was in Shields Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee, Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing. Pallbearers were Bobby and Brandon Hickerson, Donnie, Willard, William (Bill), and Robert Staggs.
