Loretta Lucile Dugar was born October 31, 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of the late Frank Fuerd and Helen Idell Billings Littrell. She was united in marriage to Robert Dugar on January 29, 1975 and remained married until his passing on January 22, 2018. Miss Dugar was a restaurant owner and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was of the Holiness faith. Miss Dugar departed this life at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center on September 23, 2021 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 92 Years, 10 Months, 23 Days.
She is survived by four daughters, Carol Marie Dixon of Harvey, LA, Tammy Marie Ayers of Lutts, TN, Denise Dugar of Port Vincent, LA and Jody Cooke Sayers of Shreveport, LA; a son, George Harvey Chisham, Jr. of AR; grandchildren, Tabitha Cox, Mathew, Lakan, and Olivia Ayers, Durlin Dixon and several other granchildren; great-grandchildren Durlin Michael Dixon, Ellie Ayers, Sonny Ayers and several other great-great grandchildren In addition to her husband and parents, Miss Dugar was preceded in death by a son, Michael Gene Chisham; a brother, Raymond Leroy Littrell; a sister, Frankie Jean Littrell.
Services were held on September 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors at Collinwood in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial followed in the Piney Grove Cemetery at Cypress Inn, Tennessee. Visitation was held Tuesday at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood from 11:00 AM till 3:00 PM.
