Larry Neal (Hap) Pigg of Cypress Inn, Tennessee was born March 12, 1949 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the son of the late Johnny Benjamin (JB )and Etta Mae Hanback Pigg. He departed this life on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center, Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 2 Months and 21 Days. Mr. Pigg was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing.
Survivors, a son, Corey N. Rochell, Collinwood, TN; a daughter, Gretchan N. Pigg, Westpoint, TN; grandchildren, Abby West, husband, Tanner, Klein Caperton, Camri Rochell, Karlee Rochell, and D.J. Darby; a great-grandchild, Sutton Lou West; four brothers, Johnny Pigg, Florence, AL, Gary (Tootsie) Pigg, Collinwood, TN, and Ronnie (Pete) Pigg, Smyrna, TN; two sisters, Sherry Stults, Cypress Inn, TN and Joni Johnson, Florence, AL; and nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Mr. Pigg was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Pigg.
Services were held on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial was in Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Pallbearers were Donnie Robertson, Greg Pigg, Klein Caperton, Tanner West, Kevin Risner, and Dustin Robertson.
