Janice Marie Huckaba Webster Dicus was born January 13, 1959 in Lepanto, AR to the union of the late Delmer and Mary Grace Kilburn Huckaba. She was united in marriage to Lloyd Ronald Webster in 1981. Together, they had two children, Charita and Cassondra. Ms. Dicus worked as a teacher’s aide for Wayne County High School. She enjoyed watching the high school football games and often worked at the ticket booth. When she was not working, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren. Ms. Dicus departed this life on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at the age of 65 years, 2 months, and 14 days.
Survivors include her daughters, Charita Glasco and husband Chris of Columbia, TN; Cassondra Webster of Waynesboro, TN; two sisters, Rita Lynch and husband John, Cathy Casteel and husband Gary, both of Waynesboro, TN; two grandchildren, Andrew Glasco of Columbia, TN and Arcadia Webster of Nashville, TN; She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the father of her daughters, Lloyd Ronald Webster.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation Chapel with Cary Crews officiating. Interment followed in the McCall Cemetery at Collinwood.
