Jackie Keaton, age 71, of Leoma, TN passed away Monday, December 25, 2023, at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Sherwin Williams, enjoyed fishing, and a member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arther Edwin and Cleo Clayton Keaton; and one brother, James Keaton.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Beth Keaton of Leoma, TN; one daughter, Taela Keaton Jeffries (Josh) of Leoma, TN; two sons, Tad Keaton (Angela) of Killen, AL and Ryan Keaton (Deadra) of Waynesboro, TN; one brother, Joe Keaton of Murfreesboro, TN; three grandchildren, Jayden Jeffries, Gaynes Keaton, and Jac Keaton; and his fur babies, Otis and Mr. Gus.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. A memorial service will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 2, 2024, with Jacob Evans officiating. The family suggests memorials be made to Pulaski Street Church of Christ Building Fund or FOLCA – Friends of Lawrence County Animals.
