Glenn Douglas (Marty) Frazier, Jr.

   Glenn Douglas (Marty) Frazier, Jr. was born August 31, 1956, in Anchorage, Alaska, the son of the late Glenn D. Frazier, Sr. and Imogene Henley Frazier. Marty was a skilled carpenter and electrician. He was instrumental in the building of many homes and businesses in the Waynesboro area. He was a member of the Waynesboro Church of God. In the 1980’s, he relocated to Nashville, TN where he established Frazier’s Remodel and Repair. Marty later returned to Waynesboro and chose to make his home in the beautiful Topsy area on the Buffalo River, his childhood community. He then established Frazier’s Logging. In his last years, he enjoyed fishing, arrowhead hunting, and spending time with his neighbors and friends. 

   Marty is survived by his two daughters, Cami Bracewell of Waynesboro, TN and Carrie Hayes, husband Rocky, of Mt. Juliet, TN; four grandchildren, Faith Hayes of Mt. Juliet, TN, Mary Fredricks, husband Cody, of Castalian Springs, TN, Caroline Bracewell of Gainesville, FL, Roxie Bracewell of Waynesboro, TN; three great-grandchildren, Grayson Jefferson, Matthew Jefferson, and Ariya Jefferson, all of Gainesville, FL; two nephews, Chad Frazier and Chase Frazier, both of Waynesboro, TN.

   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Anthony (Tony) Frazier. 

   Funeral services were held Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation Chapel with Jimmy Pearcy and Tommy Burke officiating. Interment followed in the Frazier Family Cemetery.
