Freda Mae Bryson Padie was born September 7, 1925 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Frank and Bertha Bryson. She was united in marriage to Paul Jackson Padie on February 15, 1941. He preceded her in death in May of 2009. Mrs. Padie attended the Pentecostal Church in Clifton. She loved and cared for her family by sewing clothes for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed travel and the outdoors, making Alaska their home for many years. Being a woman of many talents, she upholstered furniture, canned food she raised in her garden, and loved life living to the fullest, leaving a great legacy for her loved ones to follow. Mrs. Padie passed from this life at her home in Clifton on January 27, 2021 at the age of 95 Years, 4 Months, 20 Days.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory a daughter, Dixie Riley (John) of Clifton, TN, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
At her request, her body will be cremated with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
