Franklin Dee (Frank) Creasy was born July 24, 1937 in Linden, Tennessee, the son of the late Amos Blain Creasy and Edie Ray Creasy. Mr. Creasy was united in marriage to Aileen Franks Creasy on December 18, 1957. He retired from the Solid Waste Management Center in Wayne County. He departed this life on September 3, 2021 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 1 Month, 10 Days.
He is survived by his wife Aileen Creasy of Waynesboro, TN; daughter, Sybil Creasy of Waynesboro, TN; brother, Johnny Creasy of Hohenwald, TN; grandchildren, Jarrod Creasy and fiancee Kayla, Cody Gatlin and wife Ausha, Andrew Creasy and wife Sarah, Cory Moser and wife Jessica; great-grandchildren Alli Gatlin, Rayah Gatlin, Cassadee Moser, Jayden, Addy Grace, Zeppelin, and Ansli Creasy, Ryder Johnson.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Creasy was preceded in death by his son Timothy Creasy; sisters Lockie Bell (Tootsie) Ray and Audie Mae (Dude) Walker.
Services were held on September 5, 2021 at 5:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors at Waynesboro in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Geneva Mulligan officiating. Burial followed in the Prater’s Chapel Cemetery at Clifton, Tennessee. Visitation was on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 2:00 PM till 5:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN.
