   Charlie Haddock, a hardworking and dedicated individual in the field of Industrial Maintenance, passed away on January 29, 2024. Born on March 31, 1939, in Collinwood TN, Charlie led a life that was filled with warmth and kindness. He was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend to many.

   Charlie’s career in Industrial Maintenance was a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Through his work, he demonstrated exceptional technical skills and a passion for problem-solving. His attention to detail and ability to innovative solutions made him highly respected by his colleagues and admired by all who worked alongside him. In addition to his professional achievements, Charlie had a rich personal life that brought him immense joy. He had a deep love for nature and enjoyed spending his free time hunting and fishing. These hobbies allowed him to connect with the outdoors and find solace in the beauty of the natural world.

   Family meant everything to Charlie, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He is preceded by his daughter Alexa Charlene Haddock Rudd, whom he held close to his heart. Charlie was also preceded in death by his parents Cellie Newton Haddock and Mary Emily Long Haddock, as well as his brothers, Floyd Haddock, Hershel Haddock, and Landon Haddock; his sisters, Ella Mae Haddock, Sarah Frances Heard, and Glenda Faye Haddock.

   Charlie leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be cherished by those who knew him. He is survived by his daughter Debbie Haddock Brindley, who will hold onto memories of her father’s unwavering support and guidance. Charlie’s memory will also be cherished by his brothers Ronald Haddock, Paul Haddock, Newton Haddock, Dwayne Haddock, Roy Haddock, as well as by his sister Jeanine Haddock Thompson.

   The love that Charlie had for his family extended to the younger generations. He adored his grandchildren Christopher Paul Helton and Amber Gibson Rutherford, who brought immense happiness into his life. Charlie was also blessed with great-grandchildren Alexa Reese Crabtree, William Andrew Wells, Cadee Dawn Schrimsher, and Chloe Rae Helton, whose smiles filled his heart with immeasurable joy.

   Funeral services were held Friday, February 2, at 10:00AM with Tim Hanback officiating at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, Tennessee.
