Bobby Lavane Daniel of Collinwood, TN was born July 4, 1940 in Wayne County, TN, the son of the late JP Daniel, Jr. and Bertie Juanita Berry Daniel. He was united in marriage to the former Elizabeth Annell Nuszbaum on March 12, 1960 and she preceded him in death on April 15, 2021. Mr. Daniel was a farmer and departed this life on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the home of his son, Kevin in Collinwood, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 4 Months and 15 Days.
He is survived by three sons, Steven Lavane Daniel of Collinwood, TN, Kevin Wade Daniel of Collinwood, TN and Benjamin Stanley Daniel of Lutts, TN; a daughter, Stacy Jane Rhodes of Savannah, TN; twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Johnny Rex Daniel of Lawrenceburg, TN, James Ronnie Daniel of Ethridge, TN, Mike Daniel of Lawrence County, TN and Dwight Daniel of Lawrence County, TN; two sisters, Barbara Sue Cagle of Lawrence County, TN and Rebecca Juanita Moore of Lawrence County, TN and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Daniel was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Ann Daniel; a grandson, Joshua William Daniel; two great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Skillern and Blair Collins; a brother, David Paul Daniel and a sister, Yvonne Prince.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Brant Sanders officiating. Burial was in the Memorial Gardens of Wayne County in Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from of 11 am to 2 pm service time at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers were Seth Daniel, Jake Daniel, Cory Daniel, John Daniel, Jayden Daniel and Lucas Robbins.
