Mr. Barry Donald Pike was born November 29, 1951 in Huntsville, Alabama, the son of Garnell Cambron Pike and the late J.D. Pike. He was united in marriage to Susan Bogdanski on June 7, 1985. Mr. Pike was a Church of Christ preacher, and a member of the Outer Creek Church of Christ in Nashville, Tennessee. After moving to Waynesboro, he enjoyed attending church with his son at Green River Baptist. Mr. Pike departed this life on December 4, 2019 in Waynesboro, Tennessee making his stay in this life 68 Years and 5 Days.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Susan Bogdanski Pike of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Nichole Howell (Guy) of Smyrna, TN; two sons, Dennis Pike (Rebecca) of Waynesboro, TN, Jason Pike of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, Charlie Pike (Nancy) of Huntsville, TN; three grandchildren, Daniel and Sarah Pike both of Waynesboro, TN, and Emily Howell of Smyrna, TN; nieces Julie Pike and Melissa Miller.
Services will be held on December 11, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Kerry Franks officiating. Visitation will be held on December 11, 2019 from 11:00 am until service time.
