Waynesboro Woman on Grand Jury Meth Indictment

   Donna Sue Waters, age 57, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Monday, March 15^th on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury. On October 9^th, 2020, the Grand Jury returned an indictment against Waters on one count of facilitation for the sale of methamphetamine. She was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $40,000.00 bond.
