Two Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop

   Betty Regina Creasy, age 50, of Waynesboro, and Colt Wesson Risener, age 33, of Newnan, Georgia, were arrested on multiple drug charges on Monday, June 1st following a traffic stop. Deputy Michael Byrd filed a report stating that he performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by Creasy for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of JW Ray Drive and Mink Branch Road. When Deputy Byrd asked Risener, the passenger, to step out of the vehicle, Risener allegedly dropped a plastic baggie containing part of an Oxycodone pill. A further search of the interior of the vehicle allegedly revealed a pill bottle containing 12 Hydrocodone pills and six Diazepam pills, and a plastic bag containing approximately 0.5 grams of methamphetamine.

   Creasy was arrested on charges of manufacture/deliver/sell/possess methamphetamine, simple possession of schedule II, and simple possession of schedule IV. She was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $80,000.00 bond.

   Risener was arrested on charges of manufacture/deliver/sell/possess methamphetamine, simple possession of schedule IV, and two counts of simple possession of schedule II. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail $82,500.00 bond.
