Iron City Man Arrested for Burglary and Theft

   Wesley Allen Atwell, age 32, of Iron City, was arrested on Monday, May 25^th on charges of burglary and theft under $1,000. According to the report filed by Investigator Matt Retherford, on March 14^th, 2020, Atwell and an accomplice allegedly entered a building on Chisholm Road in Iron City without the owner’s consent and stole a set of wheels and tires and a 100-ft extension cord. Atwell was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $52,500.00 bond.
