Rayla Danielle Sanders, age 42, of Nashville, TN, was arrested on Tuesday, June 21 on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury. On June 17, 2022, the Grand Jury handed down an indictment against Sanders on one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. She was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $30,000.00 bond.
Thomas Gabriel Todd, age 36, of Lawrenceburg, TN, was also arrested on Tuesday, June 21 on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury. Todd was indicted on one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and two counts of sale of methamphetamine. He was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $90,000.00 bond.
Shane Allen Fink, age 50, of Waynesboro was arrested on Saturday, June 25 on charges of possession of schedule I, possession of schedule VI, public intoxication, and criminal trespass. Sgt. Ryan Livingston of the Waynesboro Police Department responded to a call of a suspicious person at a residence on Greeson Hollow Road. Sgt. Livingston filed a report stating that when he arrived at the residence, he began speaking with Fink, and Fink allegedly seemed to be under the influence of some sort of intoxicant and was speaking in an incoherent manner. Sgt. Livingston informed Fink that he was being placed under arrest, and performed a search before placing him in the back of his patrol car. The search allegedly revealed 1.4 grams of marijuana in Fink’s pants pocket, and the marijuana also tested positive for fentanyl. Fink was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $103,500.00 bond.
