In this action it appearing from the Complaint which is sworn to that the residence and whereabouts of the foregoing Defendants, is unknown, and cannot be ascertained, they are, therefore, hereby required to serve upon W. Andrew Yarbrough, Attorney for Plaintiffs, P.O. Box 456, Waynesboro, TN 38485, an answer to the Complaint within thirty (30) days subsequent to April 14, 2021, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
It is further ordered that this Notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Wayne County News.
