“What’s that new building going up in Clifton?” “What’s that building in Collinwood gonna be?” These are questions everyone has been asking lately. Well, we have some answers!
According to Clifton city officials, the new building going up on Highway 114 in Clifton across the road from Dollar General is going to be a combination Family Dollar/Dollar Tree. No word yet on when it will be open, but it will be great to have new shopping opportunities in the river city!
The new building going up in Collinwood between Fast Pace and Collinwood Hardware has been confirmed to be the new Collinwood Drugs. Carla Staggs, owner of Collinwood Drugs, said that she and her family are excited to finally be carrying out their dream of a larger and more efficient pharmacy business for the community. The upstairs will be offices and storage space, and the lower level will house the pharmacy along with a deli. No word yet on when the new pharmacy will be open for business.
