Sheriff Shane Fisher and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office are proud supporters of A Kid’s Place Child Advocacy Center. The center offers a much-needed and tremendous resource for kids in Wayne County as well as other counties in the 22nd Judicial District.
Matt Retherford recently received an award at the Kid’s Place Gala for his dedicated contribution to the children and families served by Kid’s Place while he worked as Investigator for the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Fisher said that he and the Sheriff’s Office are dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of our children and their families, and they are very proud of Mr. Retherford for his contributions to that cause.
