Leadership Wayne Accepting Applications for 2023-2024 Class

The Wayne County Joint Economic and Community Development Board (JECDB) is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 Leadership Wayne class. The JECDB’s Leadership Wayne Committee is seeking current and future leaders of Wayne County to participate in the program to learn more about what Wayne County has to offer, and to inspire new ideas for the county’s future.

The eight-month program hosts classes once a month for half a day and will consist of education in local and state government, tourism, industry, public safety, and other areas where leadership skills are vital to an organization’s success.

Applications and class schedules can be picked up and information on tuition can be obtained at the Wayne County Courthouse/Administrative Building in Rooms 201, 300, 301, 408, or 409, at the Wayne County Clerk and Master Office, Wayne County Criminal Justice Center, 1016 Andrew Jackson Drive, or by emailing [email protected] Applications must be returned by August 22, 2023 with the first class beginning September 21, 2023.
