Due to the cold weather and to better protect their staff, COVID-19 testing at the Wayne County Health Department is moving to curb side testing instead of drive-thru in the tent. There are marked spaces on the south end of the building for people to pull in and park. You will then need to call inside at 931-722-3292 to give your information, and a staff member will come out and perform the test.
Anyone with health concerns, or who has concerns about the health of a family member, may go to the Wayne County Health Department to be tested for COVID-19 Monday through Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. The Health Department is located at 725 South Main Street in Waynesboro.
