Bid Notice

The Wayne County Highway Department will accept bids a used Asphalt Paver with the following specs: Diesel Engine 158 HP, Hopper capacity 6.8lb, Paving width 21ft, Paving Thickness 12in., Auger Diameter 16in., Electronic Eye for Augers, Skies, Truck Wheel Lock for Dumping. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 17th, 2021. Bids must be sealed and marked “Asphalt Paver.” Bids may be mailed to the Wayne County Highway Department, P.O. Box 472, Waynesboro, TN 38485 or delivered to the Highway Department office at 315 Hog Creek Road, by the above-mentioned date and time. Bids will be awarded by February 24th, 2021. Chuck Moser, Wayne County Road Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the Wayne County Highway Department and Wayne County.
