4-H Shooting Sports

   The Information/Sign-up meeting for the 4-H Shooting Sports program will be on January 23rd at 6pm at the Extension Office. In this program, students learn firearm safety, shotgun skills, and learn how to shoot trap. This program is open to any 4-H’er in grades 5-12. All 4-H’ers who plan to participate in the program will need to attend the meeting, or make other arrangements prior to the meeting with the 4-H agent. A parent or guardian will need to accompany the 4-H’er to the meeting. Please call the Extension Office to let us know if you plan to attend the meeting.

4-H Camp Fundraiser Meeting

   If your 4-H’er is interested in going to 4-H Camp and you would like to fundraise for their trip, we will be hosting a meeting on January 28th to discuss fundraising possibilities. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. at the Extension Office. The 4-H’er and a parent or guardian will need to attend the meeting. Please call the Extension Office to RSVP for the meeting.

4-H Livestock Showing Meeting

   If your 4-H’er is interested in showing livestock (cows, goats, sheep, or swine) or horses, we will be having an information meeting on January 30th at the Extension Office at 6:00 P.M. The Western Region Specialist, Neal Smith, will be present to discuss locations, dates, and contest specifics for each species. Please call the Extension Office to RSVP for the meeting.
