Wayne County News Issues Call to Local Pastors for Weekly Devotionals

The Wayne County News would like to extend an invitation to all pastors/ministers of churches in Wayne County to contribute weekly devotionals that will be printed on our Church Page.

For many years, The News has included a weekly Church Page that has a listing of all the churches in Wayne County, including the address of the church, service times, and pastor’s name. As many have noticed, there is also a small syndicated weekly devotional located on the Church Page. We recently decided that we are missing a great opportunity by using the syndicated devotionals – why not offer local pastors and ministers the opportunity to contribute their own devotionals?

Any pastors/ministers of Wayne County churches are invited and encouraged to submit your devotionals to us. Depending on how many choose to contribute, pastors may contribute on a weekly or monthly basis, and we will be as fair as possible when choosing each week’s devotional. The devotionals must be 650 words or less.

Any pastors interested in contributing are invited to email us at news@waynecountynews.net or call 931-722-5429. We look forward to hearing from you!
