BIDDING OPPORTUNITY:

To Subcontractors (suppliers and contractors): Bowen Engineering Corporation is bidding as a prime contractor on the 2019 Water System Improvements-City of Clifton, TN. Bowen is seeking quotations from DBE, MBE, and WBE contractor/supplier firms that might be interested in working with us on this project.

Any Subcontractors submitting a bid MUST affirm that their firm/bid fully complies with all bid documents.

Project Details:

Project includes a new intake structure, WTP, and force main through city streets. Scopes include sitework, sheeting at river, rock blasting, concrete, masonry, steel, equipment setting, process mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

Notice is hereby given that on July 14 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Caden Cantrelle, who died 7/7/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Wayne County Chancery Court of Wayne County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR A CERTIFICATE OF NEED

This is to provide official notice to the Health Facilities Commission and all interested parties, in accordance with T.C.A. §68-11-1601 et seq., and the Rules of the Health Facilities Commission, that Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., a Home Health Agency owned by Maxim Healthcare Services Holdings, Inc. with an ownership type of corporation and to be managed by itself intends to file an application for a Certificate of Need to remove the license limitation (currently limited to pediatric patients pursuant to TCA 68-11-1607 (s) (1) and adult patients served under the federal Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, as permitted under TCA 68-11-1607 (r) (1)) from its current Home Health Agency license (#0000000615) so that the agency can provide in-home home health services in Giles, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Moore, Putnam, Smith, Trousdale, Warren, and Wayne counties, Tennessee.
