Andrew Yarbrough, Trustee, of record in Record Book 265, Page 344, Wayne County, Tennessee to secure the indebtedness described, the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, I, W. Andrew Yarbrough, will by virtue of the power and authority vested in me as Trustee, on the 6th day of March, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE, WAYNE COUNTY, TENNESSEE, sell to the highest bidder for cash, free from all legal and equitable rights of redemption, homestead and dower, rights by virtue of marriage, and all other exemptions of every kind, which are expressly waived, and subject to any unpaid taxes, if any, the following described real property:

West 100 feet to a set iron pin; thence North 82 deg. 30 min. West passing iron pipe in the East boundary of Lot No. 7 at 50 feet, in all 54 feet to a cut stone monument, set flush with surface, said monument marked “X” with lines running diagonally from corner to corner; thence North 7 deg. 30 min. East 100 feet to a set cut stone monument marked as proceeding monument, set in North boundary of Lot No. 8; thence South 82 deg. 30 min. East passing set iron pin at 4.0 feet, the same being the Northwest corner of Lot No. 8, in all 54.0 feet to the point of beginning. Surveyed and set stone monuments 13 July, 1979, by Ray Stewart, Special Commissioner, under direction of T.E. Lawson, L.S. Tenn. Reg. No. 650 bearings Calculated, Note: West Boundary line runs 4.0 feet from a masonry nail set in the center of the foundation of Dunn house running North and South straight and perpendicular.
This being the real property conveyed to Joanne Cox, by deed of Gary W. Chambers, Kimberly Ann Brewer, Gary William Chambers, II, Tiffany Diane Chambers, and Stephanie Nicole Chamber, dated May 8, 2023, of record in Record Book 265, Page 341, Register’s Office of Wayne County, Tennessee.
The sale of said property shall be subject to any and all unpaid taxes and assessments, together with interest and penalty, if any, and any and all other prior easements, restrictions, encumbrances, or liens of any nature.

Campus Lawn Care
Bids Due Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.
The Wayne County Board of Education is accepting bids for school campus lawn care (mowing, weed-eating, etc.). Specifications are available at www.waynetn.net or from the Wayne County Board of Education; 419 South Main Street, P.O. Box 658, Waynesboro, TN 38485. Bids must be sealed and labeled “Lawn Care Bid” and submitted to the Wayne County Board of Education at the above address no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, to be considered. No late bids will be accepted. The bids will then be opened and presented to the school board for approval at the March 13 meeting. The Wayne County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If you have any questions, please contact Ryan Keaton at (931) 722-3548.
Specifications are as follows:
• Lawn care, including mowing, weed-eating, spraying, etc., shall be provided as needed. It is expected every two weeks but may require more frequent care during rainy weather and less during dry weather. Principals may request additional care for events (e.g., graduation).
• Mowing is not to be done during regular school hours.
• The contract, once approved, will begin approximately April 14, 2025, and end approximately October 31, 2025.
• Bids may be submitted for individual schools, groups of schools, or county-wide.
• The contractor is responsible for any damages to buildings, vehicles, or property that may arise in the performance of contracted duties and must provide proof of liability insurance to cover any damages before starting work.
• The principal of each school will designate the area to be mowed. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the areas to be mowed with the principals before submitting a binding bid. Bids will not be accepted unless accompanied by a signed assurance of inspection by the principal of each school included in the bid.
• The principal must approve any use of herbicides before use.
Payment for mowing may be requested every two weeks or monthly. Payment will be made within ten days of request.
• The successful bidders must provide a clear background check before beginning.
