Certified letter has been sent to registered owner of vehicle, Ingrid Jones, on 9/30/2025 and no attempt has been made to claim vehicle. Vehicle will be sold at auction after 10/15/2025.

BID NOTICE

Wayne County Government is accepting Sealed Bids for the following project:

Accepting sealed bids for a 24’ x 30’ x 12’ timber framed covered pavilion including delivery, installation and set-up. Materials to be included 8” x 8” x 10’post, 8” x 8” beams, 6” x 6” rafters with a pitch of 6/12, solid decking top and ends, black tin and trim. A concrete base of 4” x 24’ x 30’ will need to be included. This building will be built at the Beech Creek Community Center and Fire Hall located at 5775 Beech Creek Road, Waynesboro, TN.

Sealed Bids will be accepted at the Wayne County Executive Office, 100 Court Circle, Suite 300, Waynesboro until 2 pm Friday, October 24, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CLOSE OUT

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The City of Waynesboro will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Waynesboro City Hall. This meeting is being held to discuss Waynesboro's recently completed, Federally-funded, Community Development Block Grant project (funds from HUD) for sidewalk improvements on various streets throughout the city. All residents or entities with comments regarding this project are encouraged to attend this meeting or mail comments to the City Manager’s Office, P.O. Box 471, 122 Public Square East Waynesboro, TN 38485. The City of Waynesboro does not discriminate. The location of the meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
