The above captioned matter came to be heard on the 22nd day of August, 2025 before the Honorable, Julie Heffington, Judge sitting as Chancellor of the Chancery Court for Wayne County, Tennessee, upon a Motion for Service by Publication filed in this matter, statements of counsel for the
Plaintiff, and upon the entire record in this cause, from all of which it duly appears, and the Court hereby finds, determines, declares and adjudicates as follows, to wit:
I .That it appears to the Court that the Plaintiff has performed extensive internet searches to obtain a current and valid address for the personal service of process upon the above named Defendants in accordance with the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and the Laws of the State of Tennessee, but such searches have been unsuccessful in obtaining a current and valid address for said Defendants.
2. That it appears to the Court that the address, location and whereabouts of said Defendants are unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search or inquiry.
3. That it appears to the Court that said Defendants shall be, and are, hereby summoned and required to serve their Answer to the Complaint, upon W. Andrew Yarbrough, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 456, Waynesboro, TN 38485, Attorney for Plaintiff, on or before the 17th day of October, 2025, said date being more than thirty (30) days after the fourth publication of this Order.
4. That a copy of the Complaint of the Plaintiff can be obtained from the above-reference Court; and if said Defendants fail to file an Answer or otherwise responsively plead within the designated time, the Plaintiff will apply for a judgment against said Defendants by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint, and this Motion for Default will be heard on the 24th
of October, 2025 at 9:00 am., or soon thereafter as the docket allows, and said Defendants shall appear on that day in the
Chancery Courtroom in the Wayne County Justice Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee, and defend, or otherwise the Complaint will be taken for confessed and a default judgment will be entered against said Defendants.
5. That said Defendants shall be provided the substituted service of publication of this Order as proved by law.
6. That this Order, serving as Notice, be published in the Wayne County News, being a publication of weekly circulation in Wayne County, Tennessee, wherein the subject matter real property is located, for four (4) consecutive weeks.
ALL OF WHICH IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, on this 22nd day of August, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that on September 8 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Orbie C. Berry, who died 6/1/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Wayne County Chancery Court of Wayne County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or
