Saddle up, cowboys and cowgirls, it’s almost rodeo time in Wayne County! The Wayne County Chamber of Commerce presents the Natchez Valley Pro Rodeo to be held at the Wayne County Ag Center, located at 849 McCall Drive, Collinwood, TN on Friday, May 10th, and Saturday, May 11th, 2025. It is the wildest show on dirt, with top cowboys and cowgirls competing for thousands of dollars in prize money in every event of pro rodeo.
Already set to compete is 25-time world champion and million-dollar cowboy, Justin Thigpen, as well as up- and-coming rodeo superstar Bentley Kelley of Iron City, TN.
Come early and come hungry! There will be food trucks, vendors, and a whole lot of family fun. The youngest and funniest rodeo clown in the world will tickle your funny bone, and you will hear the voice of 15-time rodeo announcer of the year, Matt McGee.
The gates will open at 5:00 p.m. each night, and the show will start at 7:30 p.m.
It’s 150 years of the Wild West, brought to you by the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, Wayne County Bank, and Hassell & Hughes Lumber Company.
The rodeo is sanctioned by IPRA/NCA. The events will include bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie down roping, breakaway roping, cowgirls barrel racing, and bull riding.
Admission will be charged as follows: Adults $15, Kids 4-12 $10, and Kids 3 & under FREE.
The Wayne County Chamber of Commerce is asking all businesses in Wayne County to participate in rodeo week by decorating your business in the Wild West theme during the week leading up to the rodeo. We don’t need any gunslingers, but bring on the tumbleweeds!
