Billie Jo Beckham Galloway entered her eternal home on March 16, 2026, in Columbia, Tennessee. Born on February 22, 1929, in Wayne County, she lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and a deep connection to her community.

For 30 years, Billie Jo was the esteemed manager of the Sims Motel in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Her commitment to excellence and her friendly, welcoming spirit made the motel a cherished establishment for travelers and locals alike. During her time there she touched the lives of many with her professionalism and kindness.

Beyond her professional achievements, Billie Jo was an avid golfer, enjoying the serene challenge and camaraderie the sport provided. She also found great joy in tending to her flowers and garden, cultivating beauty and tranquility in her surroundings with loving care and patience.

Billie Jo was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Charles Galloway. She is survived by her niece, Janice Cole, and her great-niece, Rachel Cole, along with great-nephew, Matthew Ian Cole and his wife Rachel of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Their presence and memories will continue to honor her legacy.

Her life leaves a lasting imprint of resilience, generosity, and grace. Billie Jo Galloway’s memory will forever be cherished by those who knew her and were privileged to share in her life's journey. May she rest in peace.
