Zachary Lucas Carlton Arrested on Assault Charges

Zachary Lucas Carlton, age 35, listed as homeless, was arrested on Friday, July 9th on one count of aggravated assault and one count of domestic assault. The arrest report filed by Deputy Isaac Urffer stated that Carlton allegedly assaulted his sister-in-law by pushing her into a cabinet during an argument while he was intoxicated. Carlton also allegedly pushed his sister-in-law’s son away by the throat when he tried to intervene. Carlton was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $52,000.00 bond.
