William Mark Willis Arrested on Meth Charge

   William Mark Willis, age 43, of Clifton was arrested on Friday, August 13th on charges of possession of schedule II meth with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia. Willis allegedly admitted to Clifton Police Chief Jerroll Henderson and Investigator Steve Wilson that he had meth and a pipe inside his home, and proceeded to voluntarily bring over one-half gram of meth and a glass pipe back outside to the waiting officers. Willis was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $85,000.00 bond.
