WCSO Arrests Two After Search Warrant Executed

   Cody Dale Clay, age 31, of Collinwood, and David Jonah Miley, age 37, of Cherokee, Alabama, were arrested on Wednesday, August 19th after the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 100 Dog Street in Collinwood. According to the report filed by Investigator Dusty Malugen, both Clay and Miley were at the residence when the search warrant was executed, and both were found to be in possession of over 0.5 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia including digital scales and small plastic baggies. The house where the warrant was executed is within 1,000 feet of Collinwood Middle School, making it a drug-free zone. Both Clay and Miley were arrested on charges of possession of schedule II methamphetamine for resale in a drug-free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were booked into the Wayne County Jail on $125,000.00 bond each.
